Welcome to the Tulia Beauty by EM Affiliate Program! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you participate in our program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Affiliate Eligibility
- To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have an active website, blog, or social media platform where you can promote Tulia Beauty by EM products.
- Affiliates must not engage in any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities when promoting our products.
2. Affiliate Sign-Up and Approval
- After signing up, your application will be reviewed. Approval is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
- Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link that tracks the sales generated from your referrals.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all valid sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are calculated on the sale price excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts applied.
- You will not receive commissions for your own purchases or those made by closely associated persons.
4. Payment of Commissions
- Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis.
- Payments are made via [insert preferred payment method] and will be issued once your earnings reach the minimum payout threshold of [insert minimum payout amount].

- Misleading claims about our products or using unethical tactics to generate sales are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Tulia Beauty” or “Epilfree”) in paid search ads without prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Actions
- Affiliates may not use affiliate links in any paid advertisements unless expressly approved by Tulia Beauty by EM.
- Affiliates may not promote products through websites or platforms that contain offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
- Affiliates are prohibited from impersonating Tulia Beauty by EM or claiming to be an employee, partner, or agent of the company without authorization.
8. Termination
- Tulia Beauty by EM reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time without prior notice if these terms are violated.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Tulia Beauty by EM.
- Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be forfeited if the termination was due to a breach of these terms.
9. Modification of Terms
- Tulia Beauty by EM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Affiliate Disclosure
- Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their relationship with Tulia Beauty by EM when promoting our products. This can be done with a statement like, “As an affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases.”
11. Liability
- Tulia Beauty by EM will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
- We make no guarantees of any kind regarding the potential income you may earn as an affiliate.
12. Governing Law
